Challenges
Before partnering with Unica, deltaG® was running Google and Facebook campaigns to drive direct-to-consumer sales with mixed results. Google campaigns showed some traction but were inefficient, generating sales at $214 CPA with a 0.75x ROAS. Strategies
Unica implemented a full overhaul of deltaG®’s paid media approach. On Google, the team restructured campaigns, refined targeting, optimized bidding, and leveraged performance data to scale high-intent channels. Within the first month, revenue tripled and ROAS doubled, growing 1000% by month six. On Facebook, creative and audience strategies were repositioned, funnel tracking optimized, and cost-efficient acquisition scaled, reducing CPAs from $400+ to below $100 within two months and continuing to improve to $60 within three months.
